• Building meaningful relationships across industry groups to identify ongoing improvement opportunities for the Practices. 
• Bring in learning from outside your organisation to drive achievement of business plan objectives and KPIs. 
• Develop and implement performance and operational initiatives to achieve “best practice”. Provide input, and performance management for business plans for practices and initiatives, business step ups and investments. 
• Refine standard processes for improvement. Implement quality, compliance, and Health / Safety / Environment (HSE) routine tasks and initiatives, working closely with your leaders in each respective business support function 
• Developing and implementing robust processes, supporting the overall governance and controls 
• Motivate and guide team members Provide support and advice for any investment or business, prepare business cases; support M&A activities as required. 
• Preparing your business for attracting investment (small to medium enterprise) and facilitating negotiations with potential investors 
• Commercialisation support for Newco, particularly from incubators
